Trading from four strategically placed commercial branches in the heart of the business centres of Manchester, Liverpool, Birkenhead and Chester. together with our new regional  residential estate agency centre situated in the heart of the Wirral Peninsular.

Established on Merseyside in 1947 in order to take advantage of the growing post war economy, Jolley and Co. are well known and well respected for their integrity and professionalism. Acting on behalf of Corporate Clients, such as the Banks, Local Authorities, Solicitors and Accountants as well as independent businesses and individual clients their expertise encompass far more than the average property agent.

Commercial and retail property valuations are undertaken by suitably qualified staff and backed by full professional indemnity insurance, all valuations are carried out with reports being received by the instructing source within seven days from completion of our valuation.

Since 1947 Jolley and Co. have specialised in the provision of  going concern business valuations, both for lending purposes and also for sale purposes in their capacity as business transfer agents. Handling all manner and category of business for all types of client from government departments to the owner of 'the corner shop'.

Rent reviews and Landlord and Tenant work are also undertaken by us, utilising our ability to call upon computerised comparable evidence and experience spanning over 50 years. At critical times such as these professional advice is essential. Many disputes are resolved by what is seen to be the introduction of a truly independent unbiased third party who are able to mediate and often arrive at a decision which is mutually acceptable to both parties.

In respect of Compulsory Purchase Orders, we can work on behalf of either party where our aim is to secure the best terms possible for our client, whether they be the small property owner or a local or central government department.

Contentious business break ups, partnership disputes, acrimonious divorce proceedings are again an area where we are happy to work on behalf of either party.
