experienced in the valuation of both residential and commercial
property

Two vacancies exist in our
financial services division, one within our Commercial Agency Sales
team and the other will be based within our residential sales
offices. Working from a
prominent and busy office you will receive quality introductions to
clients who are in the market for a mortgage or commercial business
loan. You will be expected to cross sell other products to maximise
opportunities and ensure that the client’s needs are met in line
with the Mortgage Code requirements.
You must have the CeMAP qualification or equivalent and have either
estate agency or mortgage broking experience. In addition to a
successful career history you will need to be able to demonstrate an
ability to work as part of a team and deliver bottom line results.

- Residential Property Valuer
A rare opportunity to value and list residential property within
one of our Wirral branch offices. The position would suit a person
who is currently working as a senior negotiator or assistant branch
manager and is looking to further develop their career in a highly
challenging environment.
